Which temporary agency is good to work for and why?

I am going to be in the market to start temporary, part time or full time work as a CNA in home health, a hospital, hospice or a nursing home soon. I start the LPN TTC program 8/21 from 8-2 M-F. I would love to hear from nurses in the Owasso and Tulsa areas about the following:

1. Where did you like working the most?

2. Was the work temporary, part time or full time?

3. Was it home health, hospital, hospice or a nursing home?

4. What did you like about the job most?

5. If you have worked for temp agencies who did you like working for most?

6. About how much did you make?

7. What did you like least about the job?

8. Any other pointers for newbies starting out?

Well, I haven't worked temp before but there is a girl in my nursing class who works for Interim and she only does jobs at St Johns. She said the advantage to working with the temp service is that she makes more money. According to her, you can go in and apply one day and do the drug screening and everything and work the next day. I don't know if they are staffing for St Johns Owasso or not. Goodluck! I'll be applying at St Johns next week.

First Call pays well and get you work.
