Which states are "walk-thru" states?

I know South Carolina is, and I think I read somewhere that Maryland is.

Anyone know, or know where there's a link?

I have been to a site that lists the states, but I am having trouble finding it. When I do find it, I will post unless someone beats me to it...LOL.

Maybe you are talking about compact states?

There is a difference between a walk-through state and a compact state. I have the list, but I am at work and will need to get it once I get home.
