Hi there,

I am currently living in NH, working in MA; however I have a true hatred for snow and winter and I am think of moving. I have never been out of New England and would like some info on which state (or town/city if you really want to narrow it down) may be ideal for me or as close to it as possible... I am looking for a state that is warm, but it may have seasons, just not winter. I do not mind cool weather, just not cold or snow. I would also like a state with things to do, if possible, has out door types of things to do, but that is close to city activities. I don't mind rain, but I dont want it everyday. I wold also like a place that has a reasonable ost of living.

So, any ideas?? Any help would be appreciated. I would go visit every state and deside on my own, but that would be to expensive.:wink2:

Thanks for any advise.

I really think you should give NW arkansas a look :) still gotta stand by it. If I COULD go back, I'd be there in a heartbeat.. and I always hated Arkansas lol.

I'll put my plug in for Minnesota :chuckle ! It really IS a great place to live, despite the cold and snow. The seasons are beautiful, lOTS of lakes, museums, theaters, the arts, good schools, decent cost of living, great hospitals and medical care.....We have several friends who have moved here from around the country and they love it here. :)
