Which is the BEST online PMHNP program?? ------> Wilkes or Walden? and Why?

I think Walden is good. Don't about Wilkes. Many Walden graduates I know got good jobs and are doing well.

There are many posts that discuss Walden and its ongoing "battles".  

I have friends that have gone there and actually loved the program.  The truth is you will study hard just like in many other programs. Why?  You have to pass boards and many do at the first sitting. Unfortunately, many for-profits are unduly stigmatized in my opinion.  There is a whole string of them that had problems at one point or another...  I hope the link below helps.  Good luck with your decision.

Don't risk it, fair or not Walden is recognized as a degree mill and has almost no admission standards at all. Many recruiters have commented on this website and others that Walden graduate resumes go right into the trash.

 

They are also under investigation by the US Dept of Justice for their nursing programs.
