Which Nursng Specialty is in demand?

Hi. Which nursing specialty do you think is much in demand to get a job abroad? Currently planning to change specialty to become more marketable in the job market someday. Thanks for the reply.

A lot of degree holders who are going back for the nursing seem to be focusing on NP. That's just what I'm seeing in California, but unsure what other states are looking like or even other countries. That's a good question that should be addressed in all forums to see what the trend is.

I'm not really sure but better focus on Medical Surgical, all the ICU's, E.R.... Forget pedia, OB and the O.R.
