Which nurse podcasts do you listen to?

I am in a job where I have the opportunity to listen to podcasts and I need more nursing specific ones to listen to! I find that it is better to get recommendations than to run a generic search because I'm less likely to get podcasts that focus primarily on influencing the brands of scrubs, water bottles, or other items of minimal importance (what the host platforms want me to see...). I want to hear expertise and experiences. I want to learn about the topics that concern nurses and what it's like to work in specialties that I don't have experience with. So far I listen to Nurse Rosa's Insights and TheShift. I do listen to the videos ANA, NCSBN, NLN and other nursing organizations put those are extremely formal - I need to also hear from those in the trenches as well. Please share your recommendations!

Since I know some of you would like to know- my position is a remote research position examining the nursing workforce. In plain English that means when you hear statistics such as nurses who are 65 and older make up 18.3% of the nursing workforce in the U.S. - 2024 NSSRN results published in the Journal of Nursing Regulation - I find out those statistics for my state and develop studies related to the nursing workforce.

I'm still in nursing school and I am currently listening to Straight A Nursing and New to Nursing. Both are super informative but still easy to listen to.

I don't listen to podcasts - I am surrounded by tech all day - I couldn't do it at work even if it was allowed due to the distraction it would cause. When I get home it's out of my scrubs and into reg cloths then out to the garden, greenhouse and dogs.
