Which nclex review books do you prefer?

Published

Hey guys.

I'm entering my final year of nursing school (eek) this month...so I figure it'd be wise to start preparing myself for the nclex next year...I see lots of talk about Saunders vs. Kaplan for review.

Any thoughts on these or any other beneficial review tools? Thanks ☺

well im starting to study and i have the saunders , pearson and feuer, but im sticking with saunders, its so much easier to understand, although many people have told me that the feuer is great

im using both saunders and kaplan; i like saunders for content and kaplan for questions, as it mimicks nclex style questions; i also like exam cram, questions are great.

I used Saunders for content and Kaplan On Demand for practice questions it really helped me to pass

Great thanks for the advice!

Here is some info I wrote on a different discussion in case it helps. I think it is nice to study with more than one source, basically.

I started the two Saunders NCLEX books and CD questions first, and then bought the Feuer Pharmacology CD lecture/ booklet set and also the Feuer 28 CD lecture set w/ booklets. The Feuer lectures were great and I wish I had listened to them during my semesters or summers in-between as it would have also made clinicals a little more relaxing.

Saunders is the best book for me. I have different kind of books and reviewers. But when i was taking my exam last nov. 15. Some of the questions ive encountered are from saunders.
