I work in a city hospital, where the pay scale is not as competitive, and their standards are basically hot air and garbage. We have wonderful benefits such as medical, dental, prescription and eyeglass, pension, credit union, etc... I think that is what keeps most of us, but, again, this places EVERYONE in the same crab basket. I am using this as a stomping ground to get something else later...where there is REAL patient care. What scares me is that I am beginning to wonder if this really exists...
