Where did the TPAPN forms and participant guide go?

Does anyone know where the main TPAPN page went? The one that had copies of the Participant Guide and the Forms Guide? I've got copies of those documents saved on my iPad, so I don't need them, but I'm just wondering where they are.

I like to review the participant guide once in awhile just to see if there are changes that maybe my case manager hasn't told me about, and I can't find it. Same with the forms guide.

I cannot find them either and I need to print a quarterly soon. What the heck??

Thank you! Did you have that bookmarked already, or were you able to find a link to it from a current webpage somewhere? It seems to me that they've moved pages around, so I thought maybe there were changes. Looking at the table of contents, it shows a revision date of 5/17 but then when I look at the forms themselves, most of them are still from 2014 and 2015, although I did notice one back toward the end (I think it was about disclosing info to schools) with a rev date of 1/16.

No big deal though. I think I secretly, so secretly that I don't want to admit it even to myself, am hoping to find a new paragraph in there that says something like how we can get out early for good behavior or the drug tests will be decreased to once every 3 months in the last year or something like that :). Not gonna happen but I can hope!

It is weird. I could not find it linked to any of their TNA pages. I googled it and found it eventually. They are keeping us on our toes!

What is the link for the forms, can't find anything anywhere.

I don't know where the forms can be found online anymore. The link above no longer works either. I did find them in my Affinity account, under "Helpdesk" "Guides and Documents".
