WHERE TO GO WITH MY CAREER?!

Published

Hey All, I am an RN for a little over a year and a half now, I currently work for a an MLTC doing field assessments, I am finishing my Bachelors in 6 weeks. I am concerned about what do next with my career!, side note: I have a family business that I must dedicate weekends and holidays to, which is why I took the MLTC position In the first place. I am feeling unfulfilled, and would like to go into a specialty possible in case management. Does anyone have any input on case management positions, or have any ideas as any nursing positions that don't involve weekends & holidays. I would really like to be more hands on, my bedside manner is great & I feel as if my talent and knowledge is being put to waste. Has anyone ever felt unfulfilled?! I look forward to hearing from you all!
