Where to report?

Published

Does anyone know where I can report this? I don't want to go into too much detail. Basically I know someone who was told they had to come into work (it was their holiday to work, we rotate) even though they had been injured the day before.(injury was not work related) If it were me I would have refused but this person came in anyway. management not only put this employee at risk of being injured further but also the patients.

They were in a car accident hairline fracture to clavicle. Management knew about it. I just think it is horrible the way management treats people sometimes. Yes, Jolie I agree management can not make someone come in but they sure like to bully and threaten. Unfortunately not everyone stands up for themselves like they should. If it were me I would have refused to come in.

When I was new to the civilian work world and working as a CNA, I injured myself on the job once. The administrator bullied me into withdrawing my workmen's comp claim. Now I have been around long enough to know that I won't let the boss bully me into not filing for workmen's comp or disability if I am hurt on the job.
