no. I just want to pass the NCLEX-RN before my family-sponsored immigration visa is approved. Then I can made desicion which state I'd like to register.

I would apply to CGFNS for a Course By Course CES report. They will tell you what you need to make up.

As far as I am aware to get a CES report from CGFNS you need a BON for them to send a copy and then they usually send a copy to you. Each BON has different requirements. I would suggest you apply to a state first and then once you get your immigrant visa and know where you are going to be living you can get sorted with that BON in the state you are going to be living in. Alternatively if you have a rough idea on state already apply there. Only exception would be California as they do not issue a license without a SSN and if you do not provide them with one within 3 years they will destroy your file unless you ask for a extension.

Any further questions regarding applying to the US and a state could you please ask in the International forum (I know this started out as something else but until you know for sure you need to make these hours up I would concentrate of finding out if you need to make them up first)
