I use http://www.campusbooks.com/ a lot. It's a search engine that will show you all of the available copies and their prices.
I also use half.com
The best way to find the books is to use the ISBN, located usually next to the barcode. You want to make sure you are getting the right edition, and using the ISBN will ensure this.
First I went to bigwords.com (thanks to someone on this website).. it will find you the cheapest book, it searches half.com, barnes and noble, and amazon, ecampus, and a bunch of other places. Then I printed that out.
Then I went to ebay and started bidding on the same books to see if I could get them any cheaper, and I have gotten 2 books for pretty cheap.
I also checked my school library. I am checking out my dosage book for sure, because it is pretty much basic math principles and I don't think I need to actually purchase that book to keep. I am going to make some notecards to remember anything.
Hope that is helpful.
I buy textbooks from amazon or Ebay or half.com, well know sites. Mostly they have lowest price than others. Always buy book after using price comparison tools. I use textbook comparisons web sites like this one (ads free):
http://www.textbookhunting.com which is simpler like Google search.
