hello! these are the steps...
1. Comply with the requirements of the BON-state wherein you want to apply for a license. Different state have different requirements.
2. After reviewing your credentials and submitting all the requirements, the state board will issue an eligibility to take the exam.
3. When you have the eligibility, register with pearson vue, you can do this online. Wait for your ATT.
4. You can choose where you want to take the exam.
Goodluck!

hi...can i get more suggestions from everyone..
I already passed the NLE this past june 2007 and recently this 2nd week of december 2007, i mailed my NCLEX licensure application to California. Can you please suggest me what is my next move since the eligibility will come after 4-6 months..
Am i going to apply for a job for the meantime while waiting or enroll in a review center?

You have not applied for NCLEX licensure to CA. You have applied for Licensure to CA BRN to be licensed as a RN in the State of CA.
If you already applied for licensure then you just wait for your eligibility letter to come. What you will do in the meantime is entirely up to you. CA BRN has traditionally given applicants 1 year upon sending the eligibility letter to their applicants to schedule for an exam or the application is considered abandoned. Most people spend the time waiting for the eligibility letter (4-6 mos., sometimes
Some fore go testing first and do not register until the 1 year is almost up. So, it's up to you.

Many threads in the Philippine forum just try searching for them, also you do not need a review center to pass NCLEX many pass without it just check the NCLEX forum much written in the way of hints and tips plus books that really help. Also Suzanne does a program (all info as a sticky in the NCLEX forum) which is free as long as you follow all requirements
