When will I receive my Nclex Eligibility in California

I'd like to know when will I receive my Nclex eligibility. I'm from California and I just went back to the Philippines to finish Nursing. I graduated last March 2010. I moved back here on June 2010 and applied that month as well, After 2 weeks, I got a mail from BON requesting for additional requirements from my school which includes: Class Schedule, Schedule of Clinical Rotation, Photocopy of enrollment forms, transcript of classes prior to enrolling at the nursing program and a photocopy of my passport. My school sent the documents last week of July via FedEx. I checked the tracking number at FedEx and it said that the recipient (BON) already received the documents last August 3, 2010. As of now, I still did not get any letter from BON. How long do I usually have to wait? :confused::confused::confused:

hi. i just wanna ask if ur clinical cases will be send directly to california from your school or from you. i have same problem with u guys.

my school will send it directly to CABON kabayan..

Same here, i don't wanna leave CA but if that's the only way to take the NCLEX-RN without completing those deficiencies,why not.Keep me posted if you've decided to take the LVN.Are you from the bay?ADD ME ON FACEBOOK so we'll keep in [email protected] bless you:)

taking NCLEX-RN in another state sounds good kabayan,without the hassles that were having right now..but still I will not be able to use it here if ever...:(..Im just waiting for the CABONs reply for the copy of my clinical cases...

i received a letter asking me to pass this. clinical rotation schedule for the required actual/assisted/cord dressing/major minor procedures refelecting exact dates clinical coursework was completed, locations rotations were completed, instructor signatures etc.

are they just asking for a complete list of where i had my duties and all its details?

Hello im new here do you have any idea how many months or weeks do you have to wait for the eligibility?I send my application august2011 then i receive a letter last january 2012 that i need to send additional requirement. I completed all the requirement and send to CA last monthDo you have any idea when to receive my eligiility thank you...It sooo fraustrating...huhu

Hi, I received exact letter about my clinical rotation schedule (actual/assisted/cord dressing/major-minor procedures).

I'm confused too, what to submit....

Hi guys! Just want to ask if there's a Tamaraw nurse here who got the same letter asking for the clinical rotation schedule? Because I did. so I tried to asked my dad to go to the school to obtain a copy of my clinical rotation schedule but they just given him a summary of clinical rotation schedule and told him that it was I who's going to do that and just send on their email so that they can send it to the BRN. My problem is I'm a 2010 grad and I can't remember all the clinical duties that I had since 3rd yr 1st sem. I'm kind of lost here? Isn't it their responsibility to have a copy of that summary of clinical rotation? What did you guys do to obtain you summary of clinical rotation? Thanks for replying in advance.

Chubbycheng- Hi, I also had the same problem. I'm also from FEU batch 2011. I had a friend go to the IN office to fix my papers for me. What I did was, I emailed her the letter that was sent to me from the BON. I also added an authorization letter stating that she will be the one to get my documents.

She showed them to the office, and they were able to give her my clinical rotation schedule.

Yea, they should have a copy. Good luck! :)

@dee07: Thanks a lot for answering my query. I thought that I won't have anyone in here that will answer my question. Anyway, that's good then. I'll tell my dad regarding this so that he can ask them to give it to him..Again,thanks for the info.:)

a week after i gave a copy of my clinical cases, BON replied to me that I have to take classes..blah blah..they were that fast.

It looks like it's an automatic reply for Philippine-educated applicants.. they just look at the dates and voila...! Denied!
