The results of the GRE do not have the same ramifications as the Certification Examination. The CCNA is required to review all results prior to release to ensure the integrity of the examination and the administration of it. It is for the protection of the public and you, to ensure that anyone granted the credential has earned it.

Well, just b/c they tell you if you pass or fail doesn't mean that you have your license. They could show you preliminary results & then give you your official results later. I also understand not wanting ppl viewing their results at the testing center, but they could at least post them on the net. The current process seems very archaic.

In this day and age I am sure that anything less that instantaneous seems archaic but there are very good reasons for not displaying even preliminary results. You will get your results soon and the odds are in your favor that if the test shut down at 90 questions you passed. Gnashing of teeth at the system only leads to tooth damage- you have an entire life ahead of you of other practice battles to fight. If you feel that strongly that the system needs change then I look forward to seeing you in the future serving the profession as an instructor, faculty member, program director, or as a member of the Council of Certification of Nures Anesthetists. Dr. Karen Plaus (Zaglaniczny), as Director of Certification and Recertification will be happy to hear of your desire to serve. Best Wishes and Welcome to the Profession!:welcome:

Please do not misunderstand, I'm really not that upset about the current system. I just htink that it could be much better. They state numerous times not to call and even change of address information must be faxed rather than by phone or on the internet. I couldn't even call to confirm that they recieved my information. Anyway, I'm sure that I'll find out soon enough. Peace in the Middle!

I just took my boards. I took 90 questions, but am nervous/anxious to see my results. How long did it take you to get your results? BTW, I think it's kinda ridiculous that the results aren't immmediately available as they are w/the GRE.
