When to follow up after interview?

Hey guys. I had a interview Friday it’s now Tuesday. When should I follow up with hr?

What did they tell you at the interview? Generally, the interviewer will give some indication regarding when they plan to make a hiring decision. If not, perhaps a follow-up email thanking them for the interview and offering to provide additional information might glean some insight on when they plan to hire without directly asking how your application is going.

I think they said they’d follow up with me next week. I was so excited and nervous as it’s my first interview with a hospital. I’ve been trying to get in with a hospital for a long time.now. Should I wait until Friday?

edit: I did send a handwritten thank you card that day. I forgot to ask for business cards in my excitement.
