I dunno. I passed boards about 30 yrs ago by focusing in school. Maybe things are different now. I am amazed by all the 'Pass the NCLEX' courses...no such thing when i turned out. ??? If we did well in school there were no surprises come boards. But...that was then.

Go to any Barnes and Noble store or on the website. Actually, any book website will do. Just plug in Nursing or NCLEX on the search option and the site should bring up a listing of different practice books. Prices can range anywhere from $5.00 and up. Good Luck!

First of all, just wanted to let everyone know I passed my test!!!!! I took the NCLEX PN this past Monday and found out my results on our states license verification this morning, talk about having bad nerves the past 3 days......lol My computer shut of at 85 questions and I thought I was going to have a stroke, but I guess my studying paid off.
The book that I used to study was NCLEX-PN Review made Incredibly Easy by Springhouse. This book also contained a disc. I started out by first reading the book and doing the practice questions that are in the book. After each question it also gives you the rationale. This book also contains a disc with over 1,000 NCLEX practice questions. After I was finished with the book, I made it a point that at least every other day for the first few weeks I did around 30 practice questions. Two weeks before my exam I made sure I did questions every day and increased the amount of questions that I was doing.
Good luck and you will do fine:)
