I know there are many support group type websites. What in particular are you wanting to know about.
I have found lots of info on research and medical treatment but what about Nursing care? What are you doing for these patients that's new?

Just over a year ago there was a really good article in one of the nursing mags. I'm thinking it was Nursing Made Incredibly Easy. I had just come off the SCI unit and thought the article was indepth and on target. I'm not sure I can put my hands on it but I bet if you do some digging you can get a copy. The other thing you could try is calling your local rehab hospital or wherever they have a unit because they should have a bunch of information available that would illustrate the client teaching aspect. Its a great topic and incredible unit, imo. Good luck, Jules
