What do you write on your pt's bulletin board?

Hey folks,

Each one of my patients on the floor has a personal white-marker board on the wall where we write our names, the aide's name, and date. I want to personalize it a bit. I was thinking motivational quotes, I remember a great one.. "Problems aren't stopsigns, they're guidelines". I think that would help me a lot if I were a patient. Anyway, just some thoughts. What would you write?

In the SICU where I work, we're supposed to write the nurse's name and the doctor's name, as well as the pt's answer to this statement: "Very good care to me is________________"

Pain control? Keeping me informed? Keeping me comfortable? Keeping me alive?

I gotta admit, I almost never think to update the stupid things. Some of them are located behind the pt's bed, so you gotta wonder why we even bother to do it.
