What do you wish you could tell yourself on graduation day?

If you could go back to the day you graduated from nursing school, what would you tell yourself? What advice would you give? Warnings? Regrets?

Don't worry about blowing off NCLEX in favor of going to Disneyland. I think Disneyland prepared me better than reading more books, but I did have that "oh no" moment the night before my exam. ?

If you don't have that BSN, get it soon. I'm not sure it would have made me a better nurse, but it would help open doors now. (I'm a Diploma grad.)

And now, going into debt a few years before retiring just doesn't make sense.

Oh I understand, that’s why I did the Entry Level Master’s program. Done in a month actually. Anything else you wish you knew?

I'd tell myself-you know more than you think you do, have faith in yourself.

I'd also tell myself you don't know what you think you know and keep your mind open and your mouth shut more often.
