What to wear to nursing conference?

I am attending a nursing conference soon. I don't know what to wear. It's very warm and I don't want to wear jeans. Any ideas/advice?

I'm going to the stores today to find a few things. I have uniforms, very casual clothes or very dressy clothes, nothing in-between.

I've been to a few day long conferences, but this is really the first out of state conference I've been to. I can imagine that the days are long, but interesting.
