What do you think from LPN to RN - no acknowledgement or pay increase?

I work in a DDSN setting and obtained my RN but was hired as a LPN prior to going back. I love my job but wonder how do I go about being acknowledged. My job description has not changed from LPN to RN. I have been here for well over a decade and desire to remain but would like status and pay change. Does anyone know pay scale of a RN in DDSN setting?

Please forgive my ignorance, but what is DDSN? I have never come across that abbreviation here in Philadelphia

DDSN = Developmental Disabilities Skilled Nursing - community health type positions caring for residents in group or domicile care homes .

Program funding often under state department of Health, paid for with Medicaid funds and provided by groups that specialize in disability advocacy/managment.

Because funding is tight, LPN's and those with Health Services Administration degree are utilized as Case Managers as these clients are usually stable adults. Unless position requires an RN Degree, there is little one can do to advance in the role despite having advanced nursing education to RN level.

You need to look at your agency's organizational tree and policy manuals to see what positions require RN degree, if any, in your organization and discuss concerns with your Managment Team.
