Just curious what text book everyone used in school & what state you are in. I am going back to CNA school for the 2nd time as my license expired. This will be a different state and wondering if everything I learned the first time around will be different!

Good Question, I would like to know as well. I'm assuming depending on which state you live in the CNA text books might vary from other states. I went online to amazon. com and half.com and browsed some CNA books for enjoyment. I guess, I'll just have to wait until I actually begin my classes and purchase my textbooks.:D

We didn't have a book. Only a little booklet that the teacher copied for us to see the proper way to do the skills. I am here in Indiana. I have never even seen a CNA textbook. It may be different on other places.

I'm here in the South Suburbs of Illinois and we have to purchase a textbook and workbook for our CNA class.

The textbook I had was Nursing Assistant: A Nursing Process Approach by Hegner, Acello, and Caldwell, 9th edition. I took my class at a community college in Florida. Good luck to you guys in your course!

How to be a nurse assistant by the AHCA textbook and workbook. I bought the book on Amazon before class started and then the first day of class they were giving out the books free.
