The one in which you have a job offer in prior to moving. And I mean that dead seriously.

The job shortage is everywhere. Don't move without a job offer in hand. And if you hear one state or another is a mecca of new grad opportunities, don't believe it. Research and apply, research and apply. Move only when you have an offer in writing with a fixed start date.

i was working in the mainland as the natives here call it, in several states then the opportunity came and i didn't think twice when at the time my then nursing administrator said to me in a kidding manner, "you know there's a position that's opening in hawaii i can't think of anyone better suited that you" needless to say, a light when on and i said i'm ready and my bags are packed, the rest is history. at this level, i been in the "eternal vacation state" of honolulu hawaii for ten years and never got island fever
