My options are:
Acute care,
long term care
care of the dying
early detection and treatment
emergency care.
I chose Acute care, and Emergency care. I was told to pick 2. Am I right?

I'm sorry; I don't understand your question.
What are secondary care services in Health care.
Primary is Immunizations.
I need to choose secondary car services provided in health care.
Sounds like you're talking about secondary prevention, which includes things like blood pressure screenings, early detection of diseases, etc. Secondary prevention identifies a problem before it leads to complications. Primary prevention works to prevent disease/illness, secondary works to prevent complications, and tertiary works to prevent disease progression once identified.

Hope this helps.
So you should probably have picked:

Primary is when you have preventative care
Secondary is screenings like for eyes, hearing.
Tertiary is when you are at the hospital.
