Good morning,

I need recommendation for a RN to BSN program. I have looked at several schools so far Thomas edison state college, wilmington university, SNHU but I have not been able to find any insight on their RN to BSN Programs?

Hi

Thomas Edison State University is a fully accredited, state school. Our RN to BSN program is online. Your lower division nursing and non-nursing courses do not age out. Although we do not have a bridge to our MSN, you will be completing 4 graduate courses within the BSN that will seamlessly transfer to our MSN and decrease the amount of credits for the MSN. We provide free transcript review prior to your application. Admissions are rolling and you can join us at any time. Courses are 12 weeks in length and offered every month. For more information, feel free to email us at [email protected] or call us at 609-633-6460. Here is a link to our information as well https://www.tesu.edu/nursing/index

Thank you i looked it into your program and unfortunately your program does not except many credits. I would have more gen ed course like ethics and civic engagement. Where as other universities like chamberlin take 90 credits.

Hi

We accept 90 credits from our partner schools. We accept 80 credits from non-partner schools. You also have the option of testing out of our non-nursing courses like ethics and civic engagement.

Do you mind sharing the other options i have a few general ed course like public speaking, algebra and a few humanities that i have to take. Otherwise i would go with Wilm U or Chamberlain they excepted all my credits with no issue.

University of Texas at Arlington online.

I did my RN to BSN at Linfield College. The bridge program is fully online with minimal "clinical" requirements that are more community service than anything else. Linfield is regionally and federally accredited. They are a smaller private school but have students from all over the country in the bridge program. Check them out.
