What are Scalene Retractions

What are scalene retractions? My ward is rolling out the PRAM respiratory assessment. One of the "watch factors"is whether or not the patient has scalene retractions. Are they the same as suprasternal retractions? (Bonus points for videos)

I'm not familiar with "scalene," unless we're discussing triangles.

Scalene muscles are in the neck and are accessory muscles for breathing.

These are actually muscular contractions, rather than retractions. You likely won't find a video as these are generally found with palpation.
