Hello everyone,
I am scheduled to take my NCLEX-RN on February 21st. I'm trying to practice as many questions as I can from different review books. I also bought the Kaplan online bank questions and the trainer tests.
I was wondering if anyone who just took the NCLEX can tell me which questions were more similar to the ones on the actual exam.
I think Saunders is great for review but the questions seem to be too easy even the ones on the CD. I also have Lippincott's Q&A and the questions are harder than Saunders but I still don't know if they're at NCLEX level. Kaplan has definitely the hardest questions I have yet to see.
Any feedback would be appreciated, I think I'm going crazy with all these books

What about the NCLEX 4000 questions? Did people find them harder/easier/similar to the real NCLEX?I know you're not allowed to comment on specifics, I just need to know if they are worth my time or not :-)

Don't analyze the questions this way. Instead, make certain you know the content behind the questions and the rationales. That way you will be able to answer the questions no matter how they are worded.

LaCharity is very similar according to my friends who have taken the nclex.

Kaplan Q Bank and NCSBN are most similar.
NCLEX 4000 was nothing close to it at all compared to the aforementioned.

Yes I passed first time with 90 Questions!
Thanks everyone for the feedback, I really love this site you people are so helpful :heartbeat
And thanks to laneymaree, I followed your advice and bought the NCSBN and I love it!!!! Great review and lots of challenging questions.
I guess I'm getting a little anxious because I feel that no matter how much I study and how many sources I use, I will never be fully ready for this test. Is this a normal feeling to have?
