What is Psychometric Exam?

Good Day!

I just recently passed the nursing exam in De Los Santos Hospital near St. Lukes and I am scheduled to take Psychometric exam. Can you please help me or give me ideas what to study on the said exam. Thanks in advance. :)

If I am thinking about the right test, it is like a personality test with also, some GRE style questions on it. Like would you rather do this or that type thing--test your personality

I'm confused. "Psychometrics" is the profession of "test creation".... So they are testing you on test creation? What the heck??

That's what I thought, but I heard it's more like an IQ test. Jeez!
