What is the process of a NJ nursing application once it has gone to disciplinary?

I was wondering if anyone knows what the process is, if there is a disciplinary team that reviews the applications to see if they need to go in front of the board or if they all just go in front of the board. My fingerprints came back positive, which I knew they would sice I have two disorderly persons, which were municipal offenses not criminal. On the application I checked yes for ever been summoned, arrested, ect.. I called the BON yesterday which told me my application was going to disciplinary and I know the BON members don't meet until the first Friday in Sept. I was wondering if I would have to wait until then to get my license, or if it never really has to go in front of them. I'm confused... please help.

All depends on how you answered questions re criminal background... your license will not be approved until board meets if you've received notice requiring review.

I checked yes when they asked if I was ever summoned, arrested, ect.
