What prerequisites can I test out of?

Hello. I am not new to all that excelsior has to offer, however it has been a while since I’ve researched and I am now ready to take the leap.

Is there a master list of what prerequisites I can test out of through Clep? Is it also true that now only 7 of your total credits can be through clep? What classes would you suggest I test out of first? Keep in mind I need all prerequisites. Thank you for your time

You can only have 7 ACE credits, and CLEP/DANTES is different (not ACE). I believe there is a "credit by exam" document from EC, I will try to dig up the link for you.

That is from 2013, but I don't know if it is still current.

I was able to bring in 7 ACE and did 2 via CLEP that I couldn't transfer over (English Lit / Psych) and then did 2 ECE (micro/A&P) test-out. I didn't have math or lifespan development so I elected to take those via EC online and had no problems passing them. I would talk to an advisor and show them your plan and ask if the specific classes/test outs you've chosen will transfer before you commit to a plan. I wasted 4 months doing pre-reqs that I should have done a different way as part of my BA.
