What is your Nursing Dream?

I'm doing a project and I was wondering if you'd be able to share :

What are your nursing hopes, dreams and aspirations ?

What roadblocks and obstacles are in your way to achieving them?

If you feel like you've already achieved your dreams, can you share the obstacles you faced on the way?

Today my hopes, dreams and aspirations are to reach retirement age with my back and knees still functioning. Yesterday it was to get a bathroom break without a call light going off. Roadblocks to this would be heavy patients, high acuity, and a bank account that isn't looking full enough yet.
