What makes med-surg class seem hard to you?

Usually when someone says they are failing nursing,,the med-surg class always seems to be involved...what makes the class so hard?

It looks like I am the only one that finds med surge easy. It's all about critical thinking and prioritizing, the test questions are usually in a form of case study. You learn so much in med surge floors
