What kind of first job can I get with a BS in Nursing AND Business?

I'm not sure if this is the right forum, but I hope so! What kind of first job (and also later on down the line) can I get with a BS in Nursing AND Business? I previously got a BS in Management and now I'm working towards my BS in Nursing to become an RN. I was wondering what kinds of jobs I can do to utilize both degrees? Thanks!

You will be considered for exactly the same "new grad" jobs as your fellow graduates. Your other degree is a bit vague - can't tell exactly what type of curriculum it involved; human relations? HR stuff? Maybe it would help you gain a foothold into promotions after you have some clinical experience under your belt, but most organizations are seeking MSNs for management positions.
