What kind of certification options do we have as LPN's?

I'm curious about what options we have to get certified in a certain area. My understanding is LPN's have less choices in the types of certification. I'm having difficulty finding any info online except for on the NFLPN site. All they offer is gerontology and IV cert. Is there a reason we don't have as many options? Or are there other types of cert. I just haven't heard of? Thanks!
