WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER AND Certified Family Nurse Practitioner? The only difference I see, other than both uppercase and lowercase letters, is that one of the two is certified. Perhaps a better question might have been to ask about the certification process for NP's.
