I am not sure if they are refering to superviser vists meaning you go and check the aides and the nurses to see how well there doing there job and Qand A is quailty assurance .That's what I do.I would want to see excatly what the job title entail cause it could entail the certs and recerts.I would straight out ask. to see job listing. You are going to need to ask the agency exactly what your position would be responsible for doing. Each agency has their own requirements of their staff.

Hi! I am glad to help. A sup visit consists of you supervising the Home Health Aide every 14 days to ensure she is following the plan of care established by the admitting nurse or case manager. It is always nice and appreciated to assist the aide during the visit. Usually there are specific forms to fill out regarding the rapport between the pt. and the aide. You want to make sure that the plan is followed usually by carrying a copy of the updated home health assignment sheet. I have always enjoyed these visits because you get to interact with the patient on a slightly different level and you get to assess really well.
Good luck! I think you'll enjoy it.

Ask the agency what they mean.
I also, think that they mean supervisory visits; Spervise & check the CNA's and also RN's. As said, you check to see if they are keeping to the Plan of Care.
Yes, you also talk with the patient's to see if they are happy with there care givers and if they feel all there needs are being met.
Usually you get to do some teaching with the CNA's & I always enjoyed doing these visite.
Not only do you check to make sure the plan of care is being met but you also need to make sure the plan of care is not being exceeded--for instanvce if a CNA is doing something she is not to be doing according to the State you live in.
