What do I do with 2 job offers

So I'm graduating on friday from my ADN program I already have 2 job offers ( i'm under contract with my work so they have to give me a job) On in the emergency room where I have worked for 1 year as a tech, and one on a cardiovascular floor. Its a step down unit for thoracic and Cardiac ICU. As a new nurse I have a goal to be a flight nurse and want to make the right decision for my future.

if I take the CV floor I think I would be able to get into the TICU in one year if I take the ED I don't know when I would get my ICU experience.

Any advice would be nice

The stepdown unit would probably give you more experience for your flight nurse goal

I would have to agree the step down unit sounds better for your future goal....maybe I could have your other offer :) Congrats
