Over the course of summer, I've finished completing my CNA class and got certified. I found a job too and I start training this Friday except I'm not sure what to do. I didn't receive my scrubs or anything yet so I'm not sure what to show up in. A friend said I should show up in my own scrubs until they can provide me one. I was thinking maybe just bringing a spare in my bag and show up in casual clothes and let them figure that out and change into my spare if they want me to? Also, should I check in with the nurse to let her know I'm here for training or just go to the station where all the CNAs are since most likely one of them will be training me?
Did anyone else not receive their scrubs beforehand as well? If so, please feel free to let me know what happened! Or if you have any knowledge in general.
I'm an over thinker so ugh! Haha I stress myself out but I'm just trying to get things right and figured out.

thelifeofamy,
Your job will not provide scrubs unless told so by your employer. I would show up in scrubs that you purchase yourself. A call to your employer never hurts.
