I recently had an interview with a nurse recruiter from Banner Baywood. They pay for your tuition for the accelerated programe at Gateway Comm College if you work for them three years afterwards at any of the Banner hospitals. I thought this would be a cool idea, because three years isnt too long, I like the idea of accelerated classes to get done sooner, and there are so many areas and so many Banner hospitals.
I have heard tons of bad stuff about them lately though!!
Any advice on any other hospitals that offer something like this?
Thank you

MMC and St. Joes offer tuition reimbursement too. I think pretty much all of the bigger hospitals in the valley offer it.
Any idea of what area you want to work in? I would start there and then get some ideas about what hospitals hire new grads into those areas and have a good orientation. Then think about location, where in the valley are you? Start there and then see what hospitals fit that criteria and see which ones offer tuition reimbursement.
Good luck!
