What is happening to these babies?

There was a recent recall of baby formula. I believe it was with the enfamil company. I'm not sure what kind of formula if any is available to the mexican people.

Just a thought.

Really though, is anything regulated in Mexico? Someone referred my mom to a clinic there when we found her cancer was terminal. She knew enough to not go b/c you never know what you're going to get. A lady we know went and died of orificenic poisoning...some miracle drug, huh?
