What is going rate for BSN RN

I am finishing school soon and thinking of moving to tn. I currently live in al around the ft. payne area.

the big question what is the pay around your area.

there is no "going rate" for BSN's. A better question is who will be hired first? Answer, the BSN.

Take your pick of the hospitals in the Chattanooga area. They all pay about the same. The best part is that there currently isn't an income tax.

One piece of advice: Go for the hospital/facility with the best mentorship program for a new nurse. A larger hospital frequently will have more opportunities for learning, mentorship, etc.
