Work on passing the exams.................same as would be required to work in the US. If you were able to pass the exams in another country to begin with, then prepare for doing it where you are. Don't throw your education away, makes no sense at all.

Exam exist for a reason. To ensure the quality of nursing professionals permitted to practice in a certain country. I worked with a nurse who had first been educated in the Ukraine under the Soviet system. She told me stories that would make your hair curl (removing bandages and boiling them for reuse, etc.) She told me her education in Canada opened her eyes and she felt that so much of our practice would be seen as wasteful in her homeland.

Are you failing the exam because you don't understand the question? Are the methods of nursing in Canada so very different from where you trained? Can you read and comprehend English to the level that is required to practice as a professional?

You need to step back, relax, and unfortunately, the world is not a fair place, we don't all get what we deserve when we want it.
