The LPN/LVN student boards may be a better place to ask
The hours are like a fulltime job (without pay) and that's just theory/clinical hours.. Plus hours spent at home studying and doing homework.. You make life long friendships, you will cry, laugh, and smile.. You will be frantic, nervous, and excited. If you have qu instructor that knows how to teach that's awesome (I had quite a few thank goodness). Tests and homework aren't to bad but always keep the nclex in the back of your head because that is your ultimate goal. Congrats! It is am amazing experience.. Honestly changed my life, became a different person in the process.
I can only speak for myself - it's very time consuming and can be a challenge for some. It really is like a full time job - I spend more time with my classmates then my family(I work in the morning and go to class in evening), if I have free time it's always spent studying so I don't have much of that! Stay on top of your reading - there will be lots of it! Good luck!

Hey guys, I just received my acceptance letter/email for the LPN program at my school. I was wondering what I should expect when I actually start the program?
