What to expect on the first day...

hi all, i'm just wondering if those of you who know, could tell us "newbies" what to expect on the first day of classes ...i realize it'll vary person to person

thanks in advance!

We did mostly paperwork too.....

and heard lots of talking.....

and lots of questions....

and more talking....

the start of a great adventure! :)

Our first day, we went over the sylabis, (almost 300 pages long) not all of it, just the important parts. (care plans, etc) Took a NET, got to know the class (find your study buddy) went over what to expect in class and lab, chose our lab site (we went to LTC). Our orientation lasted about 4 days, and we were excused from all other classes for that week.

HOLY MOLY!!!!!! 300 pages???? omg how daunting!
