what college that is regionally accredited will take credit from a school accredited by ACICS? Thanks

You need to be specific. Are you talking about gen ed requirements or nursing classes you took in nursing school?

There is no easy answer to your question.
You haven't provided enough information for anyone to really even begin to help and more than likely you're going to have to do your own research.
As near as I can tell from google your best bet would be another school accredited by ACICS, they have a list on their website.

Your only other option is to figure out what schools are available in your area and inquire directly.
Edited to add: In looking over the list of schools (on the ACICS website) under 'US' and 'Nursing' it looks like it's a bunch of private, for profit schools. You're going to have a hard time finding a traditional school that will accept their credits, like I said above, your easiest bet is going to be to choose another school in their network then research back wards to see if it's regionally accredited.
