What would cause bright red blood in both stool and emesis?

Not very much, a small amount. Stool is loose, looks fatty and I've been feeling sick and lethargic lately. No time to go to the doc though.

Stab wound? Gunshot? Swallowing a thumb-tac? Dog-attack? Let me know if I'm getting close. I would probably just go ahead and go see a Dr. on that one.

Durn.... Sorry. Thought I'd ask. I have a test tomorrow and two more clinicals in the next three days, so... if It gets worse, I'll ask.
