AACN's Core Curriculum for whichever of the three CCRN exams you plan to take is the gold standard. After all, it's their exam.

I took a CCRN Review Class (my hospital paid for it) that was taught by Cammy (Mary Ann House-Fancher). She has practice questions that I used to study after taking the class along with the other nurses that took the course with me. We would quiz each other when we had a moment with the practice questions. The class was excellent. She as a CCRN Exam Review page on FB.

I highly recommend a combo of Laura Gasparis CCRN prep DVD and PASS CCRN's online question bank. I used these two resources and passed on my first try.
