Are you a recruiter??

No

But I know a better job opportunity when I see it and I want to share that info with others. I wish that I had this info when I finished nursing school three years ago.

RWJ is a busy trauma center, you'll work your a$$ off. Union environment, good pay but hiring freezes happen and it may take a while to get in.

Magnet hospitals: Raritan Bay, has 2 locations, just increased Cath Lab and cardiology departments.

St Peter's - in New Brunswick, has a children's hospital, community facility. Lots of shake-ups in management - the CNO left not long ago.

No

You failed to mention that St Barnabas System has closed three hospitals in the past few years, with Union Hospital on the chopping block effective 9/30/07.

I know places with comprable benefits, and some with much better tuition reimbursement and PTO (days off). The sick time bonus encourages people to come to work ill, and in hosptials if you're sick stay home!

Sorry...getting off topic!!

Jersey Shore Med Ctr in Neptune. Mgmt is more foreward thinking than other places I have worked. UNION!. Salary depends on experience. Certification pay. fyi, I live 5 min from Centrastate and also would not work there or allow anyone I know to go there. I will not go into specifics, but take the hint from several posters.
